Bart Brink is a partner who practices law in the firm's transactional practice group. He has more than a decade of experience in tax planning and tax-exempt organizations; business planning and corporations; commercial and business law; real estate law, including closings for business and real estate transactions; employment benefits; estate planning, including wills, trusts and asset protection; as well as elder law and probate.
Mr. Brink received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Palm Beach Atlantic University, graduating summa cum laude. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College Of Law's Juris Doctorate degree program with honors, where he concentrated on commercial law, real estate law and estate planning.
After Mr. Brink was admitted to the Florida Bar, he continued his legal studies, graduating with an advanced law degree, a Master of Laws in Taxation. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law section and the Business Law section of the Florida Bar. Besides being admitted to all state courts in Florida, Mr. Brink is admitted to the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and to the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Brink has been a frequent lecturer for the Small Business Development Center and for seminars on estate planning issues. He has also served as an adjunct professor, teaching business law graduate and undergraduate courses.
Mr. Brink has served on the board of directors of the Space Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross and of Bridges f/k/a ARC of Brevard, and has donated his time frequently for literacy programs and other charitable organizations in Brevard County.
